Ben: A) Simpson Thacher isn't a MC firm. B) This could result in the guy being put on gardening leave and possibly thrown out of the firm (and ejected from the bar). Given the impact this could have on ST's offering in HK it is definitely newsworthy for an industry publication. (Also, given the range of clients most major firms have, there's the possibility that this could actually be a big deal for some of them (e.g. lobbying for alcohol industry etc))
