State of Dewey's Middle East finances revealed as local partners battle over unpaid dues

A tad naughty considering they are partners and will have had a vote on everything throughout the years. Who owes who here, when Dewey HQ was probably led up the garden path and told that Dubai was a great place to set up and that these partners could bring in business? My heart is not bleeding for Grey, Watson and Sioufi. I hope staff get their dues as they were probably led up the same garden path.
