The behaviour of these partners towards this group of women is disgraceful and clearly aimed at saving themselves some money. It is extraordinary that a firm like Weightmans, which once had a reasonable reputation have taken on these individuals as partners, It sends out a very poor message to all staff and clients of Weightmans that poor behaviour towards former female employees by a number of their partners is acceptable and goes unchallenged
