Robert, Really thorough piece and all interesting stuff. The landscape is moving, that's for sure and there are real challenges out there recovering on investments in China. Some are, many aren't. I just wonder how you come to be a "partner" of a PRC firm. I presume you do not share in the profits or have any equity interest. Even if it were done in an informal way, I'm not sure that really complies with the spirit of regulations governing lawyers in China. Perhaps China needs to look at whether people like you are gaming the system?
