It's an interesting move, particularly as Sberbank has been known for expanding into Eastern Europe, but this is the first time it's expressed such an outright interest in Turkey. The bank's motto is ?????? ????? - always nearby - but I guess on the map Turkey isn't so far away from its head office in Moscow.
