Attention given to Winsor's possible future position is attention taken away from "....the Government wants to politicise the Police through the back door and create a state paramilitary organisation." as one police sergeant recently put it. Your sons and daughters would be subjected to ill treatment from this paramilitary organisation if you sat back and let it happen.
