Insufficient funds: cash crisis looms

I have found that well run Partnerships have always maintained a key eye on cash management. The temptation however to rely upon significant level of overdraft funding to cover up less than efficient managment must now be in question as the pricing and availability of credit again comes under pressure. The current crisis in the eurozone is but another example of credit risk which when added to the increasing commercial pressures on fees and margins makes for an exciting time for all those involved in practice management, especially the Finance Partner.
