Blackstone silk fails to stop Julian Assange extradition

It would have clearly been obvious to the Assange defence team that the Supreme Court in its judicial method would have considered and been required to consider the Vienna Convention on Treaties. One wonders what happened. Also clearly the Supreme Court has applied the Convention correctly.
