As an investor in Western Digital, I believed the hurdles were onerous but fair, in terms of protecting the consumer. The issue at stake now is how onerous will be the trustee's supervision; will his/her conduct be and unnecessarily bureaucratic or will it regard the consumer as his priority plainly and clearly.
