Taylor Wessing eyes CEE expansion with local merger

A sensible move but Taylor Wessing will need a LOT more mergers to become a credible force. It is no where in Asia, North America, South America or Oceania and is badly sub-scale overall. It will also need to start fully integrating merged firms.
