The gulf states are and have been for years among the largest trading partners of Israel. It is all done in a low key fashion but is not exactly a secret. This is a smart move by BLP. Israel's economy is booming and has been booming throughout the crisis while its high tech capabilities exceed those of Silicon Valley.
