Freshfields and Simmons go head-to-head in Apple-Samsung dispute

This is an interesting case and there are good arguments. 1) Whether bringing an injunction has anything to do with competition like Germany granted Apple injunction against sumsung. 2) The facts outlined are based on whether Samsung has infringed Apple's tablet so there is uncertainty how Germany reached their decision based on competion? Lastly, it will be great to find out the court's decision how the two reputable companies battle each other. Simmons & Simmons have intructed 11 QC and Apples's Lawyers have instructed 3 QC 3:11, so let's see what each representatives have to say in June.
