Job hunting in the Twitter age

I completely agree, trainees offer a different perspective and are often the more appropriate people to talk to during your TC search. Being able to talk to them online through social media offers a more informal way of doing so and I think would be welcomed by the majority of students. As a Business and Modern Languages Grad, I've studied the platform of social media from various perspectives and I think the importance of it is still underestimated in quite a few industries. It's definitely something I can see more and more firms signing up to in the future.
