Im surprised more law firms aren't offering this - I mean I feel a lot more comfortable talking frankly to a trainee then a recruitment person or partner at a law fair. I will always head toward the trainee. I want to know how someone two years ahead of me landed their job, not someone who qualified in the 80s!!
