So, Anonymous@12:04pm, perhaps you would like to volunteer to have your civil claim against the Govt based on its participation or connivance in your torture by a foreign regime dismissed as a result of evidence you and your legal team are not allowed to see or question? And presumably you are happy to allow the Govt, not the trial judge, to determine whether the "closed material procedure" is followed, thereby allowing the Govt to act as judge in its own case and to cover up its own misdeeds. Sounds like you would feel well at home in a polic state. Please crawl back into the cave whence you came.
