Would it be right to assume that the only reason this was uncovered in the first place was because of the due diligence being carried out by Hogan Hartson pre merger? Does Lovells have some questions to answer here? Okay, so client money wasn't touched so the SRA will probably not investigate the firm but surely something has gone awry for this not to have been detected sooner by the firm.
