City of Westminster wins illegal subletting case against tenant

The article did not mention if they were seeking possession of the property in the civil courts...hope so. Further to the about government gaining money by the back door /pocket, it is worth noting that you some local authorities only allow you to sell your property back to them within the first 10 years of Right to buy, so they don't lose the housing benefit revenue on the market rent I guess!
