City of Westminster wins illegal subletting case against tenant

So so true for the above comment. So what would one call this then? organised crime???? Ive even heard of cases where Westminster were evicting council tentants more than 10 years ago for very minor things which should have warrented just a warning letter ,then selling off the council properties, some say to some council workers and like the person said above renting them out for extortionate rents. I think this sort of behaviour needs to be made public as these people too, are spongers and crooks but have and still are getting away with it.
