Something seems very fishy here. Should the consequences of forging the signature not include a jail term, rather than just being struck off? Given that the case seems to be brought by the kind of person that contributes to such hilarious websites as "Solicitors from Hell," I'd automatically be skeptical. The link in the comments above even suggests that this guy has "got greedy and caused the financial crash worldwide!" We're onto something everyone!- tell the IMF!
