P.S. Zoe's last Para ref her greatest fear is sadly just scaremongering as a presumption of shared parenting in legislation will have no impact on domestic abuse cases. Domestic abuse is either a factor in a particular children's case or it is not. If it is then it will still continue to be dealt with as presently and will have a significant impact on any decisions made by the Court.
