Wasn't a reverse premium of £21m the main driver for the Halliwells deal? More space, a longer lease, no break clause and a top of the market rent generated a greater return for those who put their own avarice ahead of their fiduciary duties and obligations to their staff (some of whom still foolishly work with many of those greedy people at Gately Wearing).
