Walkers puts its trust in Intertrust

Everyone knows that the fiduciary business makes more money than the law firm and the only reason to sell was because the old equity partners wanted to pocket the cash and retire rather than leave the company for the future partners. This must be devastating for the senior associates and salaried partners. There can't be much point in being a partner at Walkers any more and there must be some doubt as to whether Walkers can even survive.
