HSBC panel banks on e-petition

I was sent a panel application which I completed and returned immediately to cpl. I did not receive an acknowledgement and despite several phone calls I have never had a call back. I guess this is the tactic so that they can say that the panel is open to applications but then say that no one has applied! Mysteriously I am sure I will find out that my application has been lost! Any Internet search for "review of cpl" will reveal much interesting reading .... And they are sitting in judgement on us. HSBC must have completely lost the plot!
