It's not just solicitors who are affected by these changes, Estate Agents are suffering too. More important purchasers and vendors. Sales take much longer with these remote panel conveyancers, they have no local knowledge and only operate on a tick box scenario. Big is not always beautiful. Let the high street legal practices do what they do best
