Really Collyer Bristow - is it any wonder you have taken on such a ridiculous claim? This surely amounts to libel tourism and it is the lawyers who agree to serve such claims who should be ashamed. It is tantamount to ambulance chasing. It's a tweet, it's honest comment. The case is a total waste of costs and the courts should throw it out with conviction.
