Fraud is not too taxing for a jury

David, I agree with you. Having sat through 10+ years of various complex fraud trials following my own investigations as a Police Officer I agree that jurors are quite capable of following the arguments, as long as they are engaged in the right way by the barristers. Graphic evidence (or pictures, as I like to call them) have worked well for me - in fact Judges have encouraged me to produce them - they help the Judge too!
