Yep, with all the home grown partners leaving from Frankfurt, London and the US, Shearmans M&A trianglar strategy is in ruins. Add to that the day-to-day mis-management of the Firm by incompetent self-fproclaimed leaders, you get a Firm too Big and Ready to Fail!
