Governments hae been promising to bash PI lawyers for years- nothing ever happens though. Yawn Yawn. rhetoric, rhetoric, politics, politics! The PI market employs too many people on both sides- can't undermine jobs too much in current climate. As they say "if its broke- leave it!" Even referral fees seem to have been forgotten and surely they remain the industries greatest evil and the real catalyst for the growth of claims.
