Supreme Court hears solicitor's age claim

Can anyone confirm when the judgment is due? I understand that it usually takes the Supreme Court between 2 and 6 months to hand down judgment, but we heard on the radio this morning that the judgment was due today (which seems unlikely given that the hearing is likely to be three days long). Any guidance in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
