Banks force debt collectives

The article faled to mention that RFC were operating under the Quality Solicitors franchise. I've often pondered as to why the name doesn't say `Good' Quality, or `High' Quality. The word `quality' is in itself entirely neutral, so the obvious implication is that the branded firms could just as easily be poor quality or low quality. Perhaps all will become clearer once we find out how the unsecured creditors stand.
