My apologies for the province/state mix-up. It's now amended online. Anonymous @ 6:43am, with regard to point number 2 - the consensus opinion among the Canadian lawyers I spoke to for this article was that Calgary was still in many ways a developing legal market with room for new entrants. And on point number 3, the quote isn't drawing work "back" to Toronto, but drawing "significant" work to Toronto full stop, in the context of Norton Rose's merger. Can the firm make the most of the Canadian mergers in the context of its international network? That's the question Jay Kellerman is asking.
