More blatant case in Scotland where government is ignoring its own democratically approved night noise levels in order to save money whilst allowing train operators to run night freight unhindered. They can't find there minutes of 9 meetings where they discussed this. A permit for unlimited noise twice an hour replaced a WHO 60dB limit. A consultant has been found to have been using false evidence to excuse unlimited noise levels. Evidence mounting. Looking for experienced legal firm to handle class action.
