Litigation funder to finance low-value cases

This is excellent news for access to justice. We see many cases where the value of the claim is insufficient to trigger interest from typical litigation funders and ATE insurers. The SME insolvency market should benefit from these developments where claims are typically £50,000 to £1M but very difficult to finance.
