Read Lord Davies' report on diversity on corporate boards - the business case for having a more diverse board is so compelling, firms which fail in this regard are looking at reduced turnover and profits compared with those firms which have embraced diversity. Therefore, I would not say "how many other firms have not had" but "DO NOT CURRENTLY have" at least one female board member.
