Freshfields revamps management of Paris finance team

Interesting that Freshfields has appointed, respectively, US and English lawyers to head to their disputes and finance practices in Paris. Given the departure of the PPP group to Willkie, is this a sign that they are reigning in their French practice to emphasize more of a classical "international" operation?
