What everyone knows (except it seems "The Lawyer" ) is that most of the Lathamites have failed to bag any big clients when they left and are now 3 feet deep in it... Reality is also that no one in the market (myself included) expected W&C to manage the crisis so well, in London and elsewhere. It's a lesson for all large international firms going through a rough time. Ashurst, are you listening?? As for "hardened cynic" above, what are you suggesting? Office-based P&L sucks and you are saying thet regional P&L is "disatrous." Can you elaborate?
