What is the motivation for cross-border referrals if there is no financial integration? This would only happen if the responsible partner really, really needed the support! Keeping most of the work in the jurisdiction they are in supports their own financials - even if the individual involved is not best placed to do the work. Can they truly call each other "Partners"? Who loses? The client! Great branding job, NR.
