Isn' this a victory for FAPL/Sky? The decision allows home viewers to watch using foregin decorders but commerical showings will have to use Sky. Expect FAPL to go after more pubs! Please note that this is not just about cheap viewings. In the UK, the only way to watch Sat 3 pm games is to watch streams online or through foreign channels.
