Yep - Ian Austin is no longer Chair of Audit at the University of Salford, although Heatons are still incorrectly listing him as being on his bio on their website. One would imagine that even the "University" of Salford found it a tad embarrassing that their Chair of Audit was being pursued through the High Court for secretly pocketing the funds of the law firm he managed.
