Is there actually any law involved in dealing with PI up to 15k? Commercial disputes up to 15k generally require the application of legal principles beyond Kemp and Kemp and beyond "are those hire charges reasonable?" The courts will not be able to cope with the number of litigants in person who are forced to run claims themselves because they cannot afford a lawyer.
