I don't want to put the boot in when they're down as they're a nice firm from my experience, but CW's results and corresponding pay levels are horrendous. £25k for an FSP! £35k for bottom of equity! Never mind trainees in London, trainees in the North are paid more than this. If I had invested my hard earned (or borrowed) cash in a top 100 firm and worked 60/70 hour weeks for a return of £35k per annum, I may be looking at other opportunities, regardless of the firm's culture!
