In fact the HS Disputes practice has been growing very strongly and has also continued to pick up numerous awards in the UK and abroad over the last few years, including The Lawyer's own Litigation award in 2007, 2009 and 2010. It is the envy of many other firms and the suggestion in your article that there has been an erosion of workflow which has weakened its leading position is the opposite of the truth. But why let the facts get in the way of a good story.
