Agree completely with the first two posts. This is incredibly whiffy. The Jackson report was a poorly disguised victory for the insurers. This is blatant pandering to insurers' interests. Ignoring the role of claimant lawyers and their interests in getting paid a fair fee for the risks they assume, for a second, none of this is in the interests of the common man. Its time people woke up and smelt the cheese.
