BLM partner appointed to head CJC group on Jackson reforms

Surely Mr Kinleys input will be emphatically bias on this matter! His entire background is dedicated to the insurance sector, suggesting that his appointment is a big win for insurers in this consultation. Surely an equally prominent claimant lawyer or represeentative for the claimant sector should be given an equal input to this crucial matter. It stinks of insurance company lobbying and ther government pandering to them- whilst forgetting that insurance companies are the biggest sellers of PI litigation claims in the industry- thereby driving the so called 'claim culture'.
