Quite apart from the position of arbitrators the attempt to apply discrimination law to the choice by a private individual of a solicitor or a plumber or a greengrocer or a window-cleaner or an architect is preposterous. Of course the customer/client may follow a private recommendation and of that leads to people choosing others after their own image it is just too bad.
