ABSs won’t launch in October as parliament not ready

Over 300 of the first ABSs will be law firms that are LDPs, are you suggesting that these will not remain part of the 'profession' after October? ABS won't be without its problems but to think it will just go away is folly! By the way, I am not part of a QS firm or the SRA; I just don't want to stick with square wheels when I might be able to have round ones!
