Doughty Street win means Mau Mau Kenyans can sue UK Government

There is no limitation on wrongs that are criminal in nature. What happens if the law says there is a time limit for a murderer to be brought to Justice. So, I kill today and go underground and 7 years from now I can say I cannot be punished because I was not prosecuted within the time limit that law allows? Hallo! The British Government should know better. A simple apology that you were wrong will heal the hearts of those elderly men and women that have a few years to live.
