BLG flight team saga: legal threat seen as bold play prior to Clydes merger vote

This is just another example of the utterly shambolic management at BLG (where I work). Morale is at rock bottom already with the Clydes "merger" turning into an aggressive Clydes takeover - with BLG having no bargaining position whatsoever. The management of BLG has hung the firm out to dry and the process is clearly being driven by a few senior partners who want a piece of the more profitable Clydes pie (but which they won't get as it is guarded jealously by Clydes). A sad end to a once decent institution.
