EAT allows barrister to appeal claims against 4 New Square

Not sure if one is allowed to comment! The damages claimed appear to bear no relation to the individual's actual ability. However, there does appear to have been racism in the clerks room which should have been tackled. 4 New Square have only themselves to blame. For some reason the head of chambers doesn't appear to have taken action!!!
