Does this 'extensive research' actually tell us anything new? US firms pay more than UK rivals shock! Also, one questions the validity of a survey which states salary bandings for 8yr qualifieds as being, for example, 'to £130k+'. Surely if the salary is 'to' a certain level, the + is redundant?
